Handyman Joe's Services

My name is Joe Branham and I am a Handyman that works the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

I have just created this site so it is still in the process of getting everything together but I will soon have photos of some of my work and references for you to check if you so desire.

I have a total of over 40 years of all types of construction background that includes everything from simple handyman work to complete new construction to remodels, room additions, decks, porches, interior and exterior painting and all types of ceramic tile and natural flooring and other tile work to hardwood flooring and roofing.

I work by myself but have access to several highly skilled friends that I have help me on occasion.

I have had as many as 9 people working for me but have found that if I take jobs that I can handle by myself or with no more than 1 or 2 helpers, I am a lot better off and I can stay on top of what is happening.

The only advertising that I do is word of mouth. I am of the old school that says that whatever I do needs to be done right the first time. While I might not be the fastest worker I pride myself in knowing that when I am finished with a project it has been done in a timely fashion and done right.

I have changed the way that I give estimates and charge for jobs. I give a LABOR only estimate. I do not buy materials unless the homeowner requests that I do so. I will give you an estimate of what the materials will cost so you can see the total cost involved.

I give a very detailed estimate listing each item to be done and the cost of that item.
